The Florida Saltwater Fishing Panel (FSFP) is a new approach used by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to gather information from and about licensed saltwater anglers in Florida on a continuing basis. Data collected from the panelists will be used to: 1) estimate effort and catch rates; 2) develop economic models for estimating the economic impacts and value of saltwater fishing; and 3) better understand anglers' attitudes on a range of subjects, including proposed regulations and policies.
While we hope that you will decide to answer all of the questions on each FSFP survey, your participation is voluntary, and you are under no obligation to respond to any survey or to any particular question. We will regularly send out reminders to encourage more responses. If at any time you wish to be removed from the FSFP member list, please follow the link provided on the home page to discontinue your FSFP membership.
If you have any questions regarding this panel, please contact the project researcher.
